Our courses were designed by world-renowned professional golfer, Arnold Palmer, so we offer a golf experience like no other. And we’re one of the only golf courses in Greater Vancouver with two 18-hole championship courses. We don’t have any memberships, ensuring that our courses are open to anyone.

Green fee rates
Northview features two Arnold Palmer Signature Design championship golf courses, the Ridge and the Canal. Both courses play from about 5200 yards to as long as 7100 yards and we encourage all players to play from the tee’s that will provide you with the most pleasure. Please note that Northview is at sea level and as such, tends to play longer than the yardage indicates. Also, in the winter season, the courses play much longer than they will in the summer season. Northview promotes the tee it forward initiative and wishes everyone would play golf briskly with an emphasis on fun.

The Canal Course was aerated in October 2025. The Ridge Course will be aerated in Spring of 2026.

Practice Centre Sculpt your swing
The practice center is currently only available for guests with a pre booked tee time, to our Palmer’s Club, and to lesson clients at our academy.
Our practice center features a 42,000 square foot grass tee for summer season play. In the off season we have 17 heated and covered stalls. Our practice bunker and chipping green along with our two large putting greens compliment the full swing range and complete our practice center.
Notable closures:
Monday – opens approximately at 10:00 am
Sunday – closes 3 hours before sunset
Thursday – reopens approximately at 9:00 am
Closure times may change without notice, shifting to Monday night and Tuesday morning on holiday Mondays. Range tokens must be purchased from the golf shop (40 balls for $10), which closes daily two hours before sunset.

For the Golf Courses, Driving Range & Duffey’s – presentable, no ripped, soiled, vulgar or offensive clothing.
7 days in advance online only. Go to our home page and click on the online booking icon then click on GUEST. Please have your credit card ready to book your tee time. Unless you are a Palmer’s Club Pass holder, you can book 10 days in advance online.
During the Off-Season (November 1 – February 28) golfers will have the ability to cancel or make changes to their bookings without penalty up to 1 hour before their booked tee time. All changes to bookings must be made online through Northview’s booking portal.
Groups failing to amend their bookings online or no showing for their scheduled tee time will be charged a no show or late cancellation fee. Fees will be charged out at 35% of the posted rack rate per golfer cancelled or missing and will be charged to the credit card of file. If the tee time can be resold or the spots filled with walk-ons, then no cancellation or no-show fee will apply.
If the course(s) become unplayable due to extreme weather or uncontrollable circumstances, then rain cheques will be issued.
Rain cheques are issued when the course superintendent/management deems the course is no longer suitable for play.
The Ridge has more elevation changes and features a number of tree lined holes while the Canal is a links style, undulating course with wider fairways and larger greens. Both courses are easy to walk and rated similar in difficulty. The PGA’s Tour Air Canada Championship was contested on the Ridge Course from 1996 to 2002.
Singles may call into the golf shop at 604-576-4653 and book on the same day of play. You will be required to have an account set up online at northviewgolf.com prior to your phone call. Booking singles is at the discretion of the Professional Staff and singles may be denied to play on their own depending on availability.
Yes. Both our Ridge and Canal courses are open to the public through the entire year.

All personal ride-on motorized carts, scooters, or bikes are not permitted at the facility at this time due to liability.

Yes, you can purchase gift cards in any denomination and can be used in the restaurants, golf shop or green fees. Gift Cards are now available to purchase online.

The Driving Range is for guests that have a tee time reservation, our Palmer’s Club, and lesson clientele.
